Mindful Mondays at The Center
 
    
              Start your week grounded and focused. On the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month,
we’ll offer opportunities to make our mental health a priority. Activities will vary and may include videos of guided meditation, coloring for stress release, the act of being still while listening to soothing music with a cup of tea, and more.
