Food Drive Tool Kit
Thank you for your interest in hosting a food drive for The Open Link! Last year, the organization distributed 271,000 pounds of non-perishable food, dairy, meat, bakery and produce to our neighbors in need. Food drives are an essential part of that distribution and a great way to get involved.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Host a food drive as part of your birthday, anniversary or other celebration, rather than getting gifts
- Have kids run a Cereal drive and ask folks to contribute their favorite cereals
- Host a drive for the holidays
- Host a food drive as part of your sports tournament or game
- Ask your favorite business to host a food drive
We are here to help! We have signage, boxes, social media content and a wishlist to get you started.
If you would like to host a food drive, please fill out the registration and we will work with you to make your drive as successful as it can be!
